All prices quoted are in AUD $. All standard orders must be placed through our shopping cart. Any custom orders placed by telephone, fax or email, must be confirmed in writing. As each order is individually hand painted, there may be a little variation in each piece, which makes each and every plate unique in its own right.


Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Orders will be commenced once payment has been accepted.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

All deliveries are made via Australia Post. All orders are safely boxed, however we are not held responsible if an item has been lost or damaged in transit, unless the purchaser has requested the order to be sent by Registered Post. Whilst we can guarantee despatch of your order, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery once lodged with Australia Post.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Kew Ceramics if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.


Given that each piece is commissioned and approved prior to purchase, refunds will not be given. Please ensure that all details given prior to the commencement of an order are accurate.

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

Credit Card Details - all credit card payments are processed securely through the DirectOne Payment Gateway and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is not clearance delay. Kew Ceramics Pty Ltd does not store any credit card information on our servers.
